#### 140 Delegation 140 Delegation > > (1) The Commissioner may delegate the exercise of any function of the Commissioner under this or any other Act (other than this power of delegation) to— > > > > > (a) any person employed in the government sector under the [Government Sector Employment Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-040) or any statutory officer, or > > > > > (b) any person, or any class of persons, authorised for the purposes of this section by the regulations. > > > (2) The Minister may delegate any function of the Minister under this Part to the Secretary of the Department of Transport or a person prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this subsection.
