#### 127 Offences involving credentials 127 Offences involving credentials > A person who— > > > (a) by any statement or misrepresentation that the person knows to be false, obtains or attempts to obtain any authorisation or taxi licence under this Act, or > > > (b) forges or fraudulently alters or uses any such authorisation or taxi licence, or > > > (c) fraudulently allows any such authorisation or taxi licence to be used by any other person, > > is guilty of an offence. > > Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
