#### 113 Power of entry onto premises 113 Power of entry onto premises > > (1) An authorised officer may enter premises the officer reasonably suspects are being used for the purposes of a passenger service or booking service without the occupier’s consent and without obtaining a search warrant. > > > (2) An authorised officer may enter the premises only at any of the following times— > > > > > (a) at any reasonable time during the day, > > > > > (b) at any time at which the service is being provided or a related activity is occurring or is usually carried out on the premises, > > > > > (c) at any other time the premises are open for entry. > > > (3) This section does not apply to premises or any part of premises used as a residence.
