#### 109 Identity cards must be issued 109 Identity cards must be issued > > (1) The Commissioner must issue an authorised officer with an identity card. > > > (2) The identity card must— > > > > > (a) be in the form approved by the Commissioner, and > > > > > (b) contain a recent photograph of the person. > > > (3) An authorised officer must not exercise a function conferred by or under this Act unless an identity card has been issued to the authorised officer by the Commissioner. > > > (4) This section does not apply to an authorised officer who is a police officer.
