sec.91 Giving copies of final inspection certificate
If the public sector entity gives a final inspection certificate for work under section 90 , the entity must give a copy of the certificate to— the permit holder; and if the permit holder is not the owner of the premises—the owner of the premises; and the local government; and if a distributor-retailer supplies a water service or sewerage service for the premises—the distributor-retailer; and if the work involves installing a water meter and the local government is not the water service provider for the premises—the water service provider.
