sec.70 Application of subdivision
This subdivision applies in relation to work carried out under a permit issued by a local government if— the local government is mentioned in schedule 7 ; and the work is carried out in an area the local government has declared to be a remote area under section 71 (1) (a) ; and; the work is— permit work the local government has declared to be eligible work under section 71 (1) (b) ( eligible work ); or notifiable work (also eligible work ). (sec.70-ssec) This subdivision applies in relation to work carried out under a permit issued by a local government if— the local government is mentioned in schedule 7 ; and the work is carried out in an area the local government has declared to be a remote area under section 71 (1) (a) ; and; the work is— permit work the local government has declared to be eligible work under section 71 (1) (b) ( eligible work ); or notifiable work (also eligible work ).
- (a) the local government is mentioned in schedule 7 ; and
- (b) the work is carried out in an area the local government has declared to be a remote area under section 71 (1) (a) ; and;
- (c) the work is— (i) permit work the local government has declared to be eligible work under section 71 (1) (b) ( eligible work ); or (ii) notifiable work (also eligible work ).
