sec.61 When work is compliant— Act , s 69

For section 69 (2) of the Act , the prescribed matters that permit work must comply with to be compliant are the matters mentioned in subsection (3) . Notifiable work must also comply with the matters mentioned in subsection (3) to be compliant. The permit work or notifiable work is compliant if— the work complies with the code requirements for the work; and each thing installed as part of the work is a thing to which any of section 65 (1) (a) to (f) of the Act applies; and for work carried out under a permit, the work— complies with the permit and any conditions of the permit; and is consistent with the approved plans for the work. (sec.61-ssec.1) For section 69 (2) of the Act , the prescribed matters that permit work must comply with to be compliant are the matters mentioned in subsection (3) . (sec.61-ssec.2) Notifiable work must also comply with the matters mentioned in subsection (3) to be compliant. (sec.61-ssec.3) The permit work or notifiable work is compliant if— the work complies with the code requirements for the work; and each thing installed as part of the work is a thing to which any of section 65 (1) (a) to (f) of the Act applies; and for work carried out under a permit, the work— complies with the permit and any conditions of the permit; and is consistent with the approved plans for the work.
