sec.52 Applying for a permit
A person may apply for a permit to carry out the work— to the public sector entity under this division; or to the local government under division 2 . An application under subsection (1) (a) must— be in the approved form; and be accompanied by the documents as required under schedule 6 . s 52 amd 2022 SL No. 171 s 8 (sec.52-ssec.1) A person may apply for a permit to carry out the work— to the public sector entity under this division; or to the local government under division 2 . (sec.52-ssec.2) An application under subsection (1) (a) must— be in the approved form; and be accompanied by the documents as required under schedule 6 .
- (a) to the public sector entity under this division; or
- (b) to the local government under division 2 .
