sec.50 Information notice about decisions
Subsection (2) applies if the local government decides to— approve the application and issue the permit, or amended permit, with a condition mentioned in section 46(1) (a) (ii) ; or refuse the application. The local government must give the applicant an information notice about the decision. If, under section 49 , the local government is taken to have decided to refuse the application, the applicant is entitled to be given an information notice about the decision. For an appeal against a decision mentioned in subsection (1) or (3) , see the Planning Act 2016 , schedule 1 , section 1 , table 3, items 3 and 5. s 50 amd 2022 SL No. 171 s 7 (sec.50-ssec.1) Subsection (2) applies if the local government decides to— approve the application and issue the permit, or amended permit, with a condition mentioned in section 46(1) (a) (ii) ; or refuse the application. (sec.50-ssec.2) The local government must give the applicant an information notice about the decision.
