sec.42 Applying to local government for permit
A person may apply under this division to a local government for a permit to carry out any of the following work in the local government area— permit work; notifiable work; both permit work and notifiable work. (sec.42-ssec) A person may apply under this division to a local government for a permit to carry out any of the following work in the local government area— permit work; notifiable work; both permit work and notifiable work.
- (a) permit work;
