sec.19 Criteria for decision
The chief executive may decide to approve the application if satisfied— for an application relating to a grey water treatment plant of a particular type, a treatment plant of that type complies with— the Queensland Plumbing and Wastewater Code, schedule 1 ; and the conformity assessment requirements; or for an application relating to a secondary on-site sewage treatment plant of a particular type, a treatment plant of that type— is capable of treating no more than 4.2kL of sewage in a day; and complies with— AS 1546.3:2017; and the conformity assessment requirements. s 19 amd 2024 SL No. 43 s 4 (sec.19-ssec) The chief executive may decide to approve the application if satisfied— for an application relating to a grey water treatment plant of a particular type, a treatment plant of that type complies with— the Queensland Plumbing and Wastewater Code, schedule 1 ; and the conformity assessment requirements; or for an application relating to a secondary on-site sewage treatment plant of a particular type, a treatment plant of that type— is capable of treating no more than 4.2kL of sewage in a day; and complies with— AS 1546.3:2017; and the conformity assessment requirements.
- (a) for an application relating to a grey water treatment plant of a particular type, a treatment plant of that type complies with— (i) the Queensland Plumbing and Wastewater Code, schedule 1 ; and (ii) the conformity assessment requirements; or
- (i) the Queensland Plumbing and Wastewater Code, schedule 1 ; and
- (ii) the conformity assessment requirements; or
- (b) for an application relating to a secondary on-site sewage treatment plant of a particular type, a treatment plant of that type— (i) is capable of treating no more than 4.2kL of sewage in a day; and (ii) complies with— (A) AS 1546.3:2017; and (B) the conformity assessment requirements.
