sec.18 Deciding application
The chief executive must consider the application and decide to— approve the application with any conditions the chief executive considers reasonable and relevant or without conditions; or a condition of a treatment plant testing approval about when, and how, the contents of a treatment plant must be disposed of a condition of a treatment plant use approval that a treatment plant must be supplied with— evidence of the treatment plant approval; and details of the model of the treatment plant; and instructions for the manufacture, installation, operation, or maintenance of the treatment plant refuse the application.
