sec.16 Applying for, or to amend, treatment plant approval
A person may apply to the chief executive for a treatment plant approval for— a greywater treatment plant of a particular type, other than a greywater (cooling tower) treatment plant; or a secondary on-site sewage treatment plant of a particular type. The holder of a treatment plant approval may apply to the chief executive to amend the approval. The application must— be in the approved form; and be accompanied by the documents as required under schedule 5 . However, an application to amend a treatment plant approval is not required to be accompanied by a document if— the document accompanied the application for the approval or a previous application to amend the approval; and there has been no change to any material particular in the information contained in the document. s 16 amd 2022 SL No. 171 s 4 (sec.16-ssec.1) A person may apply to the chief executive for a treatment plant approval for— a greywater treatment plant of a particular type, other than a greywater (cooling tower) treatment plant; or a secondary on-site sewage treatment plant of a particular type. (sec.16-ssec.2) The holder of a treatment plant approval may apply to the chief executive to amend the approval. - (a) a greywater treatment plant of a particular type, other than a greywater (cooling tower) treatment plant; or
- (b) a secondary on-site sewage treatment plant of a particular type.
- (a) be in the approved form; and
