sec.125 Evidentiary aids
In a proceeding for section 107 (2) (c) , a certificate purporting to be signed by the chief executive officer of a local government stating any of the following matters is evidence of the matter— a matter mentioned in section 107 (1) ; that stated work was carried out under section 107 (2) (a) ; that a stated apportionment of cost under section 107 (2) (b) is a fair apportionment of the cost.
- (a) a matter mentioned in section 107 (1) ;
- (b) that stated work was carried out under section 107 (2) (a) ;
- (c) that a stated apportionment of cost under section 107 (2) (b) is a fair apportionment of the cost.
