sec.121 Application fee not payable for renewing or restoring additional licences
This section applies if a person— applies to renew or restore 2 or more licences in the same application; and pays the highest application fee for renewing or restoring 1 of the licences. The person is not required to pay the application fee for renewing or restoring any of the other licences. In this section— application fee — for renewing a licence—means the relevant fee mentioned in schedule 8 , item 8 for an application to renew the licence; or for restoring a licence—means the relevant fee mentioned in schedule 8 , item 8 for an application to restore the licence. highest application fee — for renewing a licence—means the application fee for renewing the licence that is equal to, or more than, the application fee for renewing each of the other licences; or for restoring a licence—means the application fee for restoring the licence that is equal to, or more than, the application fee for restoring each of the other licences. (sec.121-ssec.1) This section applies if a person— applies to renew or restore 2 or more licences in the same application; and pays the highest application fee for renewing or restoring 1 of the licences. - (a) applies to renew or restore 2 or more licences in the same application; and
