For section 9 (4) of the Act , plumbing or drainage work, or a plan for plumbing or drainage work, complies with a prescribed QDC part only if the work complies with all relevant performance requirements for the work under the part. Compliance of the work with a relevant performance requirement under a prescribed QDC part can be achieved only in the same way that compliance of building work with the relevant performance requirement can be achieved under the Building Act 1975 , section 14 . (sec.12-ssec.1) For section 9 (4) of the Act , plumbing or drainage work, or a plan for plumbing or drainage work, complies with a prescribed QDC part only if the work complies with all relevant performance requirements for the work under the part.
