sec.116 Public access to registers

This section applies in relation to a register kept by a local government under this division. The local government must allow a person to— inspect the register, free of charge, at the local government’s public office; or buy a copy of an entry in the register for not more than the reasonable cost of producing the copy. Subsection (2) is subject to section 117 . (sec.116-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a register kept by a local government under this division. (sec.116-ssec.3) Subsection (2) is subject to section 117 .
