sec.112 Register of permits and inspection certificates
A local government must keep a register containing— the plans and other documents relating to each application for a permit made to the local government, including any plans amended under section 75 ; and a copy of each permit issued by the local government; and a copy of each permit issued by a public sector entity and given to the local government under section 54 (b) ; and a copy of each inspection certificate or final inspection certificate given by the local government; and a copy of each final inspection certificate prepared by a public sector entity and given to the local government under section 91 (c) . The local government must keep a document mentioned in subsection (1) in the register until the building or structure to which the document relates is demolished or removed.
