sec.110 Register of notices about notifiable work
The commissioner must keep a register of all notices given under section 83 (1) of the Act . The commissioner must allow a person to— inspect the register, free of charge; or buy a copy of an entry in the register for not more than the reasonable cost of producing the copy. Subsection (2) is subject to section 111 . (sec.110-ssec.1) The commissioner must keep a register of all notices given under section 83 (1) of the Act . (sec.110-ssec.2) The commissioner must allow a person to— inspect the register, free of charge; or buy a copy of an entry in the register for not more than the reasonable cost of producing the copy. (sec.110-ssec.3) Subsection (2) is subject to section 111 .
- (a) inspect the register, free of charge; or
- (b) buy a copy of an entry in the register for not more than the reasonable cost of producing the copy.
