sec.109 Register of licensees— Act , s 41
For section 41 (2) of the Act , the particulars for each licensee are— the licensee’s full name; and for each licence held by the licensee— the class of the licence; and the licence number; and any conditions of the licence; and any endorsements on the licence; and the expiry date of the licence. The commissioner must make the information mentioned in subsection (1) available to the public on QBCC’s website.
