sec.103A Prescribed use of greywater— Act , s 79
This section applies to greywater, other than kitchen greywater, from plumbing and drainage on premises in a sewered area. For section 79 (5) (b) of the Act , supplying the greywater to a cooling tower that is a part of an air-conditioning unit installed on the premises is prescribed as a use of the greywater. s 103A ins 2022 SL No. 171 s 12 (sec.103A-ssec.1) This section applies to greywater, other than kitchen greywater, from plumbing and drainage on premises in a sewered area. (sec.103A-ssec.2) For section 79 (5) (b) of the Act , supplying the greywater to a cooling tower that is a part of an air-conditioning unit installed on the premises is prescribed as a use of the greywater.
