sec.10 Prescribed parts of Queensland Development Code— Act , s 9
For section 9 (1) (c) of the Act , each of the following parts of the Queensland Development Code (a prescribed QDC part ) is prescribed— MP 3.5—Construction of buildings in flood hazard areas MP 4.1—Sustainable buildings MP 4.2—Rainwater tanks and other supplementary water supply systems MP 4.3—Supplementary water sources—commercial buildings.
