sch.1-sec.1 Particular work not included as notifiable work
Plumbing or drainage work of the type stated in part 2 is not notifiable work if the work is— installing an appliance or fixture in a building that is connected to— a combined sanitary drain; or a dual reticulated water supply provided by a water service provider; or work for, or connected to, trade waste; or work that uses a performance solution. (sch.1-sec.1-ssec) Plumbing or drainage work of the type stated in part 2 is not notifiable work if the work is— installing an appliance or fixture in a building that is connected to— a combined sanitary drain; or a dual reticulated water supply provided by a water service provider; or work for, or connected to, trade waste; or work that uses a performance solution.
- (a) installing an appliance or fixture in a building that is connected to— (i) a combined sanitary drain; or (ii) a dual reticulated water supply provided by a water service provider; or
- (i) a combined sanitary drain; or
- (ii) a dual reticulated water supply provided by a water service provider; or
- (b) work for, or connected to, trade waste; or
- (c) work that uses a performance solution.
- (i) a combined sanitary drain; or
- (ii) a dual reticulated water supply provided by a water service provider; or
