sec.98 Payment of particular penalties and fines
A penalty recovered because of a proceeding for an offence against this Act for which the commissioner, or a person authorised by the commissioner, is the complainant must be paid to QBCC. A fine recovered because of an infringement notice for an offence against this Act, and for which QBCC is the administering authority, must be paid to QBCC. In this section— administering authority , for an infringement notice, see the State Penalties Enforcement Act 1999 , schedule 2 . (sec.98-ssec.1) A penalty recovered because of a proceeding for an offence against this Act for which the commissioner, or a person authorised by the commissioner, is the complainant must be paid to QBCC. (sec.98-ssec.2) A fine recovered because of an infringement notice for an offence against this Act, and for which QBCC is the administering authority, must be paid to QBCC.
