sec.73 Tampering with water meter
A person must not tamper with a water meter. Maximum penalty—250 penalty units. In this section— tamper , with a water meter, includes tamper with the plumbing associated with the water meter in a way that may hinder the capacity of the meter to accurately measure the volume of water supplied to premises.
