sec.71 Backflow prevention devices
Unless authorised under this Act or another Act, a person must not— remove a backflow prevention device installed at premises; or do anything to a backflow prevention device installed at premises that makes the device inoperable. Maximum penalty—250 penalty units.
- (a) remove a backflow prevention device installed at premises; or
- (b) do anything to a backflow prevention device installed at premises that makes the device inoperable.
