sec.68 Polluting water service provider’s water service or sewerage service provider’s sewerage system
In carrying out plumbing work, a person must not do anything likely to pollute water in a water service provider’s water service. Maximum penalty—250 penalty units. In carrying out drainage work, a person must not do anything likely to pollute a sewerage service provider’s sewerage system. Maximum penalty—250 penalty units.
