sec.65 Installing things as part of plumbing or drainage work

A person must not install, as part of plumbing or drainage work, a thing unless the thing is— a WaterMark product that— complies with the code requirements for plumbing or drainage work; and is not a prohibited WaterMark product; or if the thing is all or part of a secondary on-site sewage treatment plant—a thing for which a treatment plant approval has been granted; or if the thing is all or part of an on-site sewage treatment plant other than a secondary on-site sewage treatment plant—a thing that complies with the code requirements for plumbing or drainage work; or septic tank an environmentally relevant on-site sewage facility; or if the thing is all or part of a greywater treatment plant— a thing for which a treatment plant approval has been granted; or a thing used to treat greywater for a use prescribed under section 79 (5) (b) ; or a thing prescribed by regulation as a thing that is approved for installation as plumbing or drainage. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
