sec.64 Complying with code requirements for plumbing and drainage work
A person who carries out plumbing or drainage work must ensure the work complies with the code requirements for the work. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units. A person who prepares a plan for plumbing or drainage work must ensure the plan complies with the code requirements for the work. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units. It is irrelevant for an offence against subsection (1) or (2) whether a permit was issued for the plumbing or drainage work. See sections 9 and 46 . (sec.64-ssec.1) A person who carries out plumbing or drainage work must ensure the work complies with the code requirements for the work. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
