sec.46 Licensee to have regard to particular guidelines

A licensee who is carrying out plumbing or drainage work must have regard to the guidelines that are relevant to carrying out plumbing or drainage work. See section 49 (1) (c) . A licensee who is supervising another licensee carrying out plumbing or drainage work must have regard to the guidelines that are relevant to licensees supervising other licensees carrying out plumbing or drainage work. See section 49 (1) (d) . Subsection (4) applies to a licensee who is responsible for directly supervising— a trainee carrying out plumbing or drainage work; or an unlicensed person carrying out drainage work. The licensee must have regard to the guidelines that are relevant to licensees who are responsible for directly supervising trainees carrying out plumbing or drainage work or unlicensed persons carrying out drainage work. See sections 49 (1) (d) and 59 (3) . (sec.46-ssec.1) A licensee who is carrying out plumbing or drainage work must have regard to the guidelines that are relevant to carrying out plumbing or drainage work. See section 49 (1) (c) . (sec.46-ssec.2) A licensee who is supervising another licensee carrying out plumbing or drainage work must have regard to the guidelines that are relevant to licensees supervising other licensees carrying out plumbing or drainage work. See section 49 (1) (d) . • (a) a trainee carrying out plumbing or drainage work; or
• (b) an unlicensed person carrying out drainage work.
