sec.29 Deciding application
The commissioner must consider an application for an endorsement to be made on a licence and decide to— grant the application; or refuse to grant the application. If the commissioner decides to refuse to grant the application, the commissioner must give the applicant an information notice about the decision as soon as practicable after making the decision. For reviews of the decision, see the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991 , part 7 , division 3 . (sec.29-ssec.1) The commissioner must consider an application for an endorsement to be made on a licence and decide to— grant the application; or refuse to grant the application. (sec.29-ssec.2) If the commissioner decides to refuse to grant the application, the commissioner must give the applicant an information notice about the decision as soon as practicable after making the decision.
