sec.27 Entitlement to endorsement
An individual is entitled to an endorsement on a licence if, on application by the individual, the commissioner is satisfied the individual has the qualifications and practical experience for the endorsement. A licensee may apply to the commissioner for an endorsement on the licensee’s licence at any time. An individual who has applied for a licence may, together with or after making the application, apply for an endorsement on the licence if the licence is issued. (sec.27-ssec.1) An individual is entitled to an endorsement on a licence if, on application by the individual, the commissioner is satisfied the individual has the qualifications and practical experience for the endorsement. (sec.27-ssec.2) A licensee may apply to the commissioner for an endorsement on the licensee’s licence at any time.
