sec.26 Qualifications and practical experience required for endorsement
The chief executive must— decide the qualifications and practical experience that an individual must have for an endorsement to be made on the individual’s licence; and publish on the department’s website the required qualifications and practical experience for the endorsement. s 26 amd 2024 No. 14 s 57
