sec.174 Qualifications and practical experience
A decision of the commissioner in effect under former section 14 continues in effect as if it were a decision of the chief executive under new section 14. A decision of the commissioner in effect under former section 26 continues in effect as if it were a decision of the chief executive under new section 26. In this section— former , for a section of this Act, means the section as in force immediately before the commencement. new , for a section of this Act, means the section as in force from the commencement. s 174 prev s 174 exp 1 July 2020 (see s 174(4)) pres s 174 ins 2024 No. 14 s 58 (sec.174-ssec.1) A decision of the commissioner in effect under former section 14 continues in effect as if it were a decision of the chief executive under new section 14.
