sec.168 Applications for chief executive approval
This section applies if— an application was made under the repealed Act for a chief executive approval; and the application was not decided or withdrawn before the commencement. The application must be decided under the repealed Act as if this Act had not been enacted. (sec.168-ssec.1) This section applies if— an application was made under the repealed Act for a chief executive approval; and the application was not decided or withdrawn before the commencement.
