sec.167 Information requests
Subsection (2) applies if— an information request was made under the repealed Act relating to a compliance request for compliance assessment of a plan for plumbing or drainage work; and the information the subject of the request was not given before the commencement; and the period allowed under the repealed Act for the information to be provided had not ended before the commencement. The information request must be dealt with under the repealed Act as if this Act had not been enacted. Subsection (4) applies if— an information request was made under the repealed Act relating to an application for a chief executive approval; and the information the subject of the request was not given before the commencement; and the period allowed under the repealed Act for the information to be provided had not ended before the commencement. The information request must be dealt with under the repealed Act as if this Act had not been enacted.
