sec.166 Compliance requests for compliance assessment of plumbing or drainage work
This section applies if, after a compliance request for compliance assessment of a plan for plumbing or drainage work was made and decided under the repealed Act, part 4, division 3 — a request for compliance assessment of the plumbing or drainage work was made under the repealed Act, part 4, division 4 ; and the request was not decided before the commencement. The request must be decided under the repealed Act as if this Act had not been enacted. (sec.166-ssec.1) This section applies if, after a compliance request for compliance assessment of a plan for plumbing or drainage work was made and decided under the repealed Act, part 4, division 3 — a request for compliance assessment of the plumbing or drainage work was made under the repealed Act, part 4, division 4 ; and the request was not decided before the commencement. (sec.166-ssec.2) The request must be decided under the repealed Act as if this Act had not been enacted.
- (a) a request for compliance assessment of the plumbing or drainage work was made under the repealed Act, part 4, division 4 ; and
- (b) the request was not decided before the commencement.
