sec.165 Compliance requests for compliance assessment of plan for plumbing or drainage work
This section applies if— a compliance request for compliance assessment of a plan for plumbing or drainage work was made under the repealed Act, part 4, division 3 ; and the request was not decided before the commencement. The compliance request must be decided under the repealed Act as if this Act had not been enacted.
