sec.164 Permits and certificates
A compliance permit issued under the repealed Act and in force immediately before the commencement is taken to be a permit under this Act, and continues on the same conditions. A compliance certificate that approves compliance assessable work, issued under the repealed Act and in force immediately before the commencement, is taken to be— if the compliance assessable work constitutes all of the work authorised by the compliance permit for the work—a final inspection certificate for the work; or otherwise—an inspection certificate for the work. (sec.164-ssec.1) A compliance permit issued under the repealed Act and in force immediately before the commencement is taken to be a permit under this Act, and continues on the same conditions. (sec.164-ssec.2) A compliance certificate that approves compliance assessable work, issued under the repealed Act and in force immediately before the commencement, is taken to be— if the compliance assessable work constitutes all of the work authorised by the compliance permit for the work—a final inspection certificate for the work; or otherwise—an inspection certificate for the work.
