The assistant commissioner under the repealed Act continues as the assistant commissioner under this Act. The terms of employment that applied to the assistant commissioner immediately before the commencement are the assistant commissioner’s terms of employment on the commencement. (sec.160-ssec.1) The assistant commissioner under the repealed Act continues as the assistant commissioner under this Act.
