sec.156 Fees payable to QBCC
Fees payable under this Act must be paid to QBCC unless a regulation provides otherwise. QBCC must use fees and penalties for offences that are paid to QBCC to administer this Act, including monitoring and enforcing compliance with this Act. Funds that are not immediately required for that purpose may be used for purposes that the commissioner considers advance the plumbing and drainage trade. (sec.156-ssec.1) Fees payable under this Act must be paid to QBCC unless a regulation provides otherwise. (sec.156-ssec.2) QBCC must use fees and penalties for offences that are paid to QBCC to administer this Act, including monitoring and enforcing compliance with this Act.
