sec.147 Contravening, or tampering with, enforcement notice
A person must not contravene an enforcement notice. Maximum penalty—250 penalty units. A person must not deal with an enforcement notice fixed to premises under section 145 (3) in a way that is reasonably likely to prevent the person who was given the notice seeing it.
