sec.134 Local laws and local planning instruments
This Act is not intended to exclude or limit the making of a local law or local planning instrument about plumbing or drainage work that is not inconsistent with this Act. This Act prevails to the extent of any inconsistency with a local law about plumbing or drainage work. See the City of Brisbane Act 2010 , section 28 and the Local Government Act 2009 , section 27 . In this section— local planning instrument see the Planning Act 2016 , section 8 (3) . (sec.134-ssec.1) This Act is not intended to exclude or limit the making of a local law or local planning instrument about plumbing or drainage work that is not inconsistent with this Act.
