sec.13 Work that may be carried out under licences
The holder of a plumbers licence may carry out only the plumbing work for which the licence is granted. The holder of a drainers licence may carry out only the drainage work for which the licence is granted. The holder of a restricted licence may carry out only the plumbing or drainage work for which the licence is granted. The holder of a provisional licence may carry out only the plumbing or drainage work for which the licence is granted. The scope of work for a particular class of licence is the scope of work prescribed by regulation for the licence. This section is subject to section 25 . (sec.13-ssec.1) The holder of a plumbers licence may carry out only the plumbing work for which the licence is granted. (sec.13-ssec.2) The holder of a drainers licence may carry out only the drainage work for which the licence is granted. (sec.13-ssec.3) The holder of a restricted licence may carry out only the plumbing or drainage work for which the licence is granted. (sec.13-ssec.4) The holder of a provisional licence may carry out only the plumbing or drainage work for which the licence is granted.
