sec.119 Leave of absence for members
The Minister may approve leave of absence of 3 or more meetings for a member. If the deputy chairperson is absent on approved leave, the Minister may appoint another member to act in the deputy chairperson’s office while the deputy chairperson is absent on approved leave. (sec.119-ssec.1) The Minister may approve leave of absence of 3 or more meetings for a member.
