sec.101 Functions and powers of assistant commissioner
The assistant commissioner is responsible for— helping the council perform its functions; and performing a function given to the assistant commissioner under this Act or another Act. The assistant commissioner has all the powers reasonably necessary for carrying out the assistant commissioner’s responsibilities. (sec.101-ssec.1) The assistant commissioner is responsible for— helping the council perform its functions; and performing a function given to the assistant commissioner under this Act or another Act. (sec.101-ssec.2) The assistant commissioner has all the powers reasonably necessary for carrying out the assistant commissioner’s responsibilities.
