sec.100 Appointment of assistant commissioner
There is an assistant commissioner for this Act. The assistant commissioner is— appointed by the commissioner; and employed under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991 , section 29F . (sec.100-ssec.1) There is an assistant commissioner for this Act.
