Jurisdiction

regulation

Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

Prescribes the fees payable for issuing, renewing, re‑issuing and copying plumbers' and drainers' registration cards and licences in the Northern Territory, and provides reduced fees for applications made in the second or first year before the common expiry date (reg 2(1)–(3); Schedule). This affects applicants and licence‑holders who must pay the listed revenue‑unit amounts; the timing of an application directly reduces the cost to the applicant and determines revenue collected by the regulator.
