The amendment to clause 25A of the Plantations and Reafforestation Code made by the Plantations and Reafforestation (Code) Amendment (Planning for Bush Fire Protection) Regulation 2020 does not apply in relation to an application for authorisation of a complying plantation under the Plantations and Reafforestation Act 1999 made, but not determined, before 1 March 2020.
