#### 39 Transport infrastructure expenditure to which Part applies 39 Transport infrastructure expenditure to which Part applies > For the purposes of this Part, transport infrastructure expenditure is— > > > (a) expenditure on the provision or upgrading of roads and bridges for the purpose of the efficient removal and delivery of timber harvested from authorised timber plantations, and > > > (b) expenditure on the maintenance of roads and bridges that is required as a result of the use of vehicles for that purpose.
